India’s budget phone maker Ital (ITEL) India’s CEO, Arijit Talpatra, said in a special conversation with the Dinic Bhasker that the company was focusing on making prices for money products with AI. Not only that, the strategy of the company is to create a ecosystem brand.

1 How does ITL include AI-driving features on its smartphones and features?
Today, every company says that the phone has AI, but most customers do not know what its use is. There are very few users who use the AI assistant. In fact, AI is a habit, it has to be made.

3 What are the top strategic priorities in ITEL, and what is the company doing differently in the industry?
There are two types of strategies in the market- the first intruder, where our products are sold a lot, but the profit in each unit is slightly lower. Therefore, we work on an intruder policy, so that our product can reach every home. If you remember the customer, the quality and the rich, the customer base can grow a lot. Therefore, we are currently working for the customer.
4 What to improve customers’ experience and sales services later?
We have more than 1,300 service centers. In addition to these, our service center is made up of adequate spare parts. Because of this, we fix the hand on the hand phones and give it to the customer. Either fix it in 24 hours. In addition to these we are also providing the customer a one -time screen transplant for A95 5G phone. Similarly, we are working on a lot of cheese to provide better services to the customer.
5. What causes have contributed to the ITLE feature of the phone market?
Our customers are also behind this success. We have feature phones, 4G and 5G smartphone customer base. We have a King Signal -Tribal Phone, whose network also comes in the middle of the sea. In addition to these we have phones like King Voice.
Even today, there is a customer between Rs 700 and Tk 20, it is very difficult to buy expensive phones. This is why the customer base of the feature phone is very high. In addition to these, the customer has a lot of confidence in ITEL.
6 .. What are the strategies about the company’s smart gadgets, TVs, homes and personal care categories?
We’re trying to create an ecosystem brand. In accessories, we have the product range from Rs 100 to Rs 2,500. The biggest advantage of these products is the service center of ITEL. Service is the most difficult for accessories brands. However, because of our quality and services, customers buy our products.
We have products in mobile growth, audio, smartwatch, TV, home and private care department. Our ecosystem is the strategy to create brand, so that we can reach the highest value for the products of money to the customers.
7 .. What are the big upgrade keys in A95 5G and what are the expectations from the upcoming products?
Our company always creates customer -centered phones. A 95 5GO has been launched in the same direction at a price of less than 10,000. It is a highly durable-water and dust-proof phone with IP-54. It has many AI features, which makes it a future phone.
The company creates the phone with the Tier -3 and the customers below. Our goal is the audience young man. We started with feature phones. After that we created 4G smartphones. Then the 4G smartphone travels to AI Aniba 5G smartphone.
In India, more than 11 million customers were associated with the company so far. Therefore, our company will continue to pay for money products including AI for casmmers.
