Bengaluru-based electronic bio-wheel maker Simple Energy’s primary public offer IE IPO is planning to be launched soon.
The company plans to raise Tk 3,000 crore from the IPO. According to media reports, general power can bring IPO in the third quarter of the fiscal year 26-27.
There is a strong hold of the two-wheeler sales of common energy in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala.
Will be used to raise the production capacity of funds
IPO funds will use the IPO funds to increase general energy production capacity and strengthen access to India.
In addition, the company noticed an increase in income of Rs 800 crore in the fiscal year 2026. 95% of the company’s vehicles are formed in India.
The general power was founded by the Suhas prince in 2019.
Tiar 2 and 3 cities target to increase sales
The company is focusing on the dealership network in Tier -2/3 cities. For this, general energy has been targeted to increase from 15 to 250 outlets. These outlets will be opened in 23 new states.
Along with this, the company has targeted FY 27 to sell 1 lakh EV and market shares from 0.3% to 5%.

Suhs Rajkumar, founder and chief executive officer of Simple Energy, said that India’s sustainable future depends on clear power. Our goal is to supply EV to Tier -2 and Tear -1 cities not only in metro cities. IPO will be a big stop for our growth.
The general power started in 2019
General power was founded by Suhas Prince and Best Mix in 2019. The company started selling the first electric scooters in May 2023 and sold about 2,500 scooters so far.
The company has 20 stores and 20 service centers. Simple Energy has collected more than $ 40 million funds so far and 95% of its products are made in India.
