Buchat Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) works on the fake network. In which smartphones create small cluster of them and encrypted messages transmits from one device to another device. Working through Bluetooth does not require Wi-Fi or Mobile data for it. This app is especially effective in places where internet connections are not available or the network is closed.
